The Harris-Stowe State University (HSSU) St. Louis Department of Health Midwest D-CFAR Internship is open to all HSSU students who demonstrate a keen interest in HIV research and public health. While the program offers the benefit of extended engagement over the course of a year, the structure is adaptable to support varying student availability.

A complete application package includes the following documents:

1. This application form completed and successfully submitted
2. Curriculum vitae/resume
3. One recommendation letter; preferably from academic, research, and/or science faculty members who know you well academically.
