Move-in for first-year undergraduate international students living in Residential Life housing is Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Airport shuttles will run from St. Louis Lambert International Airport to Campus from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Any person arriving after August 13 will require approval from the Student Transitions and Engagement office. Please email transitions@wustl.edu to obtain permission.

--> Transfer and Exchange Students:

Move-in for Transfer and Exchange (TREX) students living in Residential Life housing is Tuesday, August 19 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Airport shuttles will run from St. Louis International Airport to Campus from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Any person arriving after August 19 that is living on campus will require approval from the Student Transitions and Engagement office. Please email transitions@wustl.edu to obtain permission.

Students are welcome to arrive prior to August 19, if they are staying in private accommodations, but will need to check-in with the Office for International Student Engagement (OISE) upon your arrival to campus.
