Advanced Practice Provider (APP) of the Quarter

The Department of Anesthesiology is comprised of very talented and dedicated APPs who routinely provide safe, effective, patient-centered care. To express our appreciation and recognize their contributions, we have instituted an APP of the Quarter award.

APP of the Quarter nominations may be submitted by APPs and other team members within the department or critical care area of the APP including attendings, fellows, residents, nurses, and pharmacists. Nominees for the award go “above and beyond”, consistently displaying exemplary behaviors in the performance of his/her duties such as exceptional teamwork, superior clinical knowledge and skill, leadership by positive example, extraordinary dedication, and exceedingly compassionate patient-centered care.

Nominations should be submitted by the deadline noted in the accompanying email. A selection committee will select the APP of the Quarter from the nominations. Nominees and winners will be announced at quarterly APP core meetings. Winners will also recieve a $100.00 bonus and department recognition. Your nomination may remain anonymous.
