Intent to Graduate

All students who intend to receive a Certificate, Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree must file this form if unable to file the Intent in WebSTAC. Contact your advisor if you have any questions.
If it is too late to make changes to the graduation list at the time we receive your request, you will be notified and asked to submit a new intent for the following semester.

All Continuing & Professional Studies students are required to file an Intent to Graduate form online at WebSTAC in order to graduate or to participate in Commencement exercises.

The deadlines for filing an Intent to Graduate (ITG) are indicated below. 

 

 

If you have missed the deadline, contact your academic advisor to find out if it is still possible to be added to the graduation list by completing this form. If you are unable to file the ITG in WebStac but are within the filing deadline, please proceed with completing this form.

 

Deadlines for Filing this Form: 

 

Spring Semester – No later than January 15 

 

Summer Semester – No later than August 1 

 

Fall Semester – No later than November 1
