Ozark Center Pre-Survey

The Missouri Eating Disorders Council Training Initiative is offering "No More Secrets: Shedding Light on Eating Disorders in the African American Community" presented by Rachel Goode, PhD, MPH, MSW.

In order to receive continued funding for disseminating evidence-based treatment approaches for eating disorders in the state, it is essential that we collect information from people who access the training. We would sincerely appreciate you completing this brief survey, which will take about 5 minutes so that the Missouri Eating Disorders Council is able to continue to offer trainings such as these.
