McKelvey Engineering video request form

Video plays a crucial role in the McKelvey Engineering marketing and branding strategy. This form has required questions that address important aspects of the video making process and will help us gauge how involved each project will be. Video projects can take 4-8 weeks, and sometimes longer, to schedule, film and edit. This time frame is not guaranteed and depends on other school priorities as well as the type of video requested.

Please fill out this form in its entirety and we will be in touch with you to discuss next steps. Do not start this form unless you are prepared to answer all the questions below.

If our team cannot work with you to meet your desired deadline, we can suggest outside vendors that can be of assistance. These would require your group or department to have budget money for the project.

If you have questions about this form and our video capabilities, email Suzanne Bremehr, the marketing and multimedia manager, at bremehr@wustl.edu.
Client Liaison Role
Every project needs a client liaison who works closely with the multimedia manager to facilitate planning, scheduling, copy, and other details to ensure the project meets the client’s timeline and goals. This person should have the ability to make final decisions about the project and/or facilitate the review and approval process with departments or offices in the school.
