Spring 2026 Faculty Track Application

Thank you for your interest in the Faculty Track of the Compass Leadership and Management Training Program! To understand more about you, we ask that you complete a short application that asks you basic demographic information and questions about your professional role and goals.

Eligibility
All early-career faculty in the United States are eligible to participate. Typically, faculty hold academic titles of assistant professor or instructor. Scholars are not required to be on a tenure track. Associate professors, staff scientists, and other leaders of research teams have also found Compass of value. Researchers within one year of completing their postdoctoral training are also welcome to enroll in the Faculty Track.

We seek people from varied backgrounds, experiences, and disciplines to join our collaborative learning community.
