Financial Aid Award Request Form

Instructions

Students enrolling in the School of Continuing & Professional Studies (undergraduate or graduate programs) must complete this form to apply for financial assistance. To receive financial assistance, a student must be accepted into a degree or eligible certificate program and must be enrolled at least half-time to receive federal assistance.

Students who complete this application must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have it on file in Student Financial Services at Washington University in St. Louis.  Undergraduate students: 2023-2024 FAFSA, Graduate students: 2024-2025 FAFSA

 

Your award is based on the number of credit hours indicated on this application.  If at any time your enrollment changes, your award may change. If you drop a course, for example, your enrollment changes, and your award can change accordingly. It is your responsibility to notify CAPS Financial Aid of any changes. Please communicate changes as soon as you can to ensure that we can support you.


You will be notified by email when your financial assistance decision is available, usually within 2 weeks of your submission of the Financial Aid Award Request Form.
